The Colonix Experience

MuffinGal......Day 10 and 11

Day 10: Because of the hectic morning I had, I don't believe that I got enough water intact today. I did take my Paranil and Colonix. I did notice that I had a hefty first BM but the rest were minor (2 more).

Day 11: It is difficult to get so much water in when I am not sitting at work. Once again, there has been nothing eventful in my BMs.

Yes, I didn't have the tea or Flora pills on both days.
