Today I realized that I have not been as tired as I was at the beginning. I plan to be more diligent as Maybrick has recommended. My thing with the tea has been that the gas in my building is off and I have to use the microwave. I always find it harder to make the water boiling hot then on the stove with a kettle.So far, 0 BMs...
