The Colonix Experience

Last night, I steeped the tea for 5 minutes and took my Flora pills 30-40 minutes afterwards. I felt alittle wound-up and had some trouble falling asleep.

This morning, I did not have an immediate urge to make a deposit nor have I experienced any cramping. I followed my routine, 4 Paranil + 8oz of water and Colonix with OJ followed by 8oz of water.

So far, I have had 3 BMs. Two of them were preceded by an urge to run to the border!! Thankfully, I made it without incident.

Also, I am up to my 6th glass of water and the need to urinated has also decreased. Perhaps, since I did not meet my water intake yesterday, my body is retaining more fluids.
