The Colonix Experience

After skipping Tuesday, I did have a BM this morning prior to taking my Paranil and Colonix. I had another BM while at work. Unfortunately, I did not meet my water intake today.

While I was lying in bed playing reading, I felt a rumble in the jungle! I ran for the border and had my third BM for the day. This one was large but not massive.

This evening, I had the tea. I steeped it for at least 6-7 minutes.
